Touchtry Virtual Try On
Touchtry Virtual Try On (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides augmented-reality product visualization, 3D product preview, and virtual try-on tools for Shopify stores (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect information when a merchant installs or uses the App on a Shopify-supported store, and when shoppers interact with AR or virtual try-on features on a merchant’s storefront.
By installing, accessing, or using Touchtry Virtual Try On, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Provide support, troubleshooting, onboarding, and account management
- Maintain, improve, and secure the App
1.2 Information Processed from Shoppers

- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- IP address

This information is used to:

- Maintain security and prevent misuse
We do not collect or store shoppers’ payment card details, checkout information, financial information, or Shopify checkout data.
2. Camera, AR, and Face-Tracking Data
Some Touchtry Virtual Try On features may require access to the shopper’s device camera to enable live AR try-on experiences for products such as jewelry, eyewear, watches, clothing, or other supported categories.
Camera access is requested only when the shopper chooses to use an AR or virtual try-on feature. The App does not access the camera without the shopper’s permission.
Camera input is used only to display the AR experience in real time on the shopper’s device. Touchtry Virtual Try On does not intentionally collect, store, sell, or share live camera feeds, photos, videos, face scans, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition data.
Any face-positioning, body-positioning, hand-positioning, or product-placement data used during AR interaction is processed only to enable the virtual try-on experience. Such data is not used to identify shoppers and is not used for facial recognition or biometric identification.
Where technically possible, camera and face-tracking processing takes place locally on the shopper’s device or browser during the AR session. We do not use shopper camera data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
