JwelAR (“the App”) provides augmented-reality product-visualisation tools for Shopify stores (“the Service”). This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
1. Information we collect

No payment or checkout data is collected or stored by JwelAR.
2. How we use information
To operate and maintain the App and embed 3D/AR content.
To provide merchants with usage reports (e.g. number of AR views per product).
To troubleshoot, improve performance and ensure security.
3. Data retention & deletion
Merchant store data is kept while the App is installed.
Within 30 days after uninstallation, all store tokens and product-related logs are deleted automatically.
Shopper‐level logs (IP, UA) are stored for 30 days then anonymised or removed.
4. Sharing information
We never sell or rent data. Information is shared only with:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) – hosting our servers and databases (regions: eu-central-1).
Shopify Inc. – as necessary under the Shopify API Terms to deliver the Service.
All third-party providers are bound to GDPR-level data-protection standards.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you.
Merchants can email us at mail@touchtry.com to make a request.
Shoppers should contact the merchant store directly; we automatically honour Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (
customers/data_request,customers/redact,shop/redact).

7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
